About us
Poder NC Action is a 501(c)(4) nonprofit organization that builds people power in the growing Latinx community in North Carolina.
We invest in leadership development, educate the public about issues and elections, and work to build a base for long-term movement wins.
Mission
To increase electoral participation of Latinx folks by building community around shared values, making folks feel seen and growing their sense of self efficacy in order disrupt historic and/or inherited mistrust of government.
Vision
To create a world where people’s needs are met and where we see ourselves reflected in political leadership.
